This is a high technology our product designed to improve the air health conditions in labs. It reduces particulates, harmful Volatile Organic Compounds, Chemical Airborne Contaminants & Micro-organisms. These equipment has as many as 9 stages for air purification.

The lower portion of the Air showers suck the contaminated air and allow it to pass to blower supply plenum through pre-filter installed at the base.
This process is a continuous process in which air is continuously filtered and recirculated inside the chamber without any exchange with the external environment.

High Efficiency Motor Blower Assembly
Heavy Duty centrifugal motor blower assembly for high-velocity air throw. Compact design energy-efficient motor and blower are balanced to give smooth, quiet and vibration-free operation.
Air Shower chambers are provided with high intensity fluorescent light for uniform lighting throughout the chamber.
Corrosion-resistant, high strength, durable with a flawless array of high-velocity nozzles for direct high-velocity air jets within the chamber.
The Air Shower system controls the sequential locking and release of the doors, and control the blower. The two doors are interlocked such that two doors cannot be opened at the same time, to prevent pressure losses and cross-contamination.
The special interlocking feature of our Air Shower system achieves this by preventing simultaneous access of door by ensuring that when one door of Air Shower interlocking system is open then another door is closed before the opening of the door.

Both the doors of the Air Shower are interlocked with each other preventing simultaneous access of the door by ensuring that when one door of Air Shower is open then another door is closed. Only one door can be opened at a time to prevent pressure losses and cross-contamination. The controller will show "WAIT" to indicate that the other door is open.
The system controls the sequential locking and release of the door and controls the Blower.
The interlocking feature of CFL, UV Tube and blower enables automatic ON of CFL and blower on the opening of the door and when the door will be closed UV Tube will be ON for sterilizing the cross-over area.

Specimens may be placed in the chamber, insecticide sprayed and the lockable airtight door be closed.
Air circulating fan is provided on one side which helps in rotating the insecticide fumes throughout the chamber properly.
The perforated sheet is used when small specimens are to be fumigated. First small specimens may be placed in chamber, then the perforated sheet placed in the chamber and the specimens kept on it followed by the process of spraying the insecticide and switching on the fan.
Fitted with MICROPROCESSOR BASED DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CUM INDICATOR for temperature control having LED display and Auto Time Control System. After the set temperature is attained the timer starts automatically & on completion of set count down/up time the supply of heater is cut-off & the system sound a buzzer alerting the user that the cycle is over.
Partially recirculating downflow cabinet with air being filtered by a HEPA (H14) filter with 99.995% overall collection efficiency on 0.1 – 0.2 m particles (MPPS), before entering the work area at a speed of 0.45 to 0.55 m/sec; this ensures a Class 100 (FED STD 209E) – ISO 5 (ISO 14644-1 Standard) environment throughout the work area.
Two configurations are available: INWARD air barrier and OUTWARD air barrier, that can be easily chosen by a simple mechanical operation.
INWARD air barrier. An air barrier is pulled through the front opening and recirculated with the downflow air by a motor blower. 70% of the air is returned to the work area through the main HEPA (H14) filter and 30% is exhausted into the environment through an air filter with gravimetric efficiency of 99% ensuring excellent product protection as well as an outstanding containment.

Pass Box is used a safe passage to transfer the material, tools or items from unclassified area to classified area without opening the door. Designed normally to be installed on the outside area intermitted wall between clean room and any other room.
It is a rectangular compartment with two doors at its extreme.
It helps in achieving the aim of material transfer without disturbing the cleanliness level of the room.
Hinged doors are provided with a glass viewing window through which the material kept for transfer can be seen.
One of the doors opens in the cleanroom whereas the other door opens in the other room.
These doors are electrically inter-locked type so that only one door can be opened at a time.
This avoids the direct flow of air from the cleanroom to the other room or vice-versa.
This also prevents the need to open the cleanroom door frequently for transferring of material from and into the cleanroom.
So, it helps in fulfilling the purpose of material transfer without disturbing the cleanliness level of the cleanroom.
These dynamic units are specially designed Pass Boxes fitted with HEPA Filter and motor blower unit.
The motor blower unit automatically starts at the time of opening any of the doors.
This complete setup acts as a pressure chamber and only clean air enters the clear room thus maintaining the cleanliness level of a cleanroom.

Fitted with HEPA Filter made from water resistant, fire retardant, imported micro fine glass fibre media; conforms to EU – 14 Grade, with an efficiency rating better than 99.999% for 0.3 μ. These filters are designed to accommodate higher airflow volume.
Prefilter are made from Non-Woven Synthetic with HDPE mesh and Al expanded mesh on air leaving side; conforms to EU–4/G-4 Grade, with efficiency of down to 10 micron. These filters can be cleaned by compressed air & also washable.
